Block Challenge – 2010

Are you working on your Challenge Blocks? After the Winter Olympics we as Canadians have a lot to be proud of.  From the athletes to the volunteers we showed the world exactly who we are and why we are proud to be Canadians.

Oh Canada will be the theme for our Canadian Quilt. We will be asking participants to make a 10 inch block to represent something they love about Canada. All the blocks will be displayed in the store for everyone to see and vote for their favorite. We will then put them together in a quilt during quilt festival to be donated on your behalf to Quilts Of Valor. We will have some great prizes for the winners of the viewer’s choice.

Please note that we will be closing at 5pm starting Monday 14^th December.

We are closed on Sunday starting December 20^th.

Thank you to all of you who participated in our 2009 Quilt Show. We have many talented students and we want everyone to see their work.  Why not get inspired and finish a project that speaks of your joy of quilting. Share your passion by letting us display your quilts for others to enjoy. We want to see your work in our next quilt show.
